“Wry, clever and psychologically astute”
'Guy' is desperate to clear his conscience before he gets married to his beautiful bride to be. But as he sets off on his psychological and physical journey across America, to make amends with four old flames, the question is: is there something – or someone – he’s missing?
With the blend of honesty, humour and heart, this riveting and ultimately liberating dark comedy is a perfect parable of modern relationships.
Written by multi Tony Award nominated Neil LaBute, Some Girl(s) has been performed both in London, New York and was adapted into a film in 2013. Buckland Theatre Co. are delighted to welcome the talented Gary Condes back as Director, following our sold out run of Miss Julie. The performances will be at the award-winning Park Theatre (Fringe Theatre of the Year, 2015), which is just moments from Finsbury Park station and the new home for Buckland Theatre in 2016.
"The most legitimately provocative and polarising play-write at work today"
THE NEW YORK TIMES
“It’s the emotional debris lurking beneath the surface that gives this modern love story its bite”
